Everyone has their own reason to sign up for personal training. To build muscle, to lose weight, to get in shape, to regain trust in the body, or as an extra incentive. These are only a couple of the many possible reasons why people sign up.

Whatever your goal might be, it is important to make a solid plan together. During the intake we will discuss your goals and set up a realistic plan. Every week we will use this plan to work on your personal goals.


  • 60-minute work outs
  • Carefully designed training schemes based on personal and realistic goals.
  • Measurement of weight and calculation of BMI
  • Adjusted training schedule during business trip or holiday

The first trial lesson is free of charge.

Please note: Work outs are scheduled for a minimum of 12 weeks. It is impossible to gain measurable results before completing 12 weeks of training.
